Creative Producer

Now we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Producer to oversee our creative projects from brief to delivery and support our talented team of artists and directors.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our projects include producing game trailers, eye-catching app previews and video ads as well as designing assets for the App/Play stores. Critical thinking, confident decision-making, clear communication, a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics are essential for the role. The Producer is a client-facing role. Therefore, you must be adept at building relationships and developing an understanding of the clients’ needs. 

DAILY TASKS

Every day is different but your daily tasks are likely to include:

• Managing small and medium-scale digital projects from cost estimate creation through to quality check and delivery of all final files
• Supporting Motion and Graphic Designers to maximize productivity and encouraging the development of their skills
• Ensuring project delivery stays within timelines and budgets
• Collaborating with account managers, creative and art directors, motion design units to deliver highly-performing assets
• Consistently seeking out new ways to make the production process more efficient
• Engaging with the Creative Team to understand their progress with tasks and trouble-shooting issues as they occur  
• Supporting creative ideas generation 
• Communicating and maintaining relationships with clients, gathering feedback and sharing it internally while at the same time ensuring it’s properly applied.
• Clarifying and presenting client feedback to designers, then ensuring feedback is properly applied

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role you should have:

• Fluent Business English both written and verbal (Czech not required) - you will be communicating in English with important clients;
• Experience liaising with clients - it is clients facing role;
• Top-notch organizational skills (knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is a plus);
• Have an understanding of the creative production process (video, graphics);
• Have a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work;
• Have an aesthetic and detail-oriented eye as well as confidence to drive a project team to achieve outstanding results;
• You should have the confidence to maintain relationships with clients by treating their business as your own.
